Initial Consultation

When an order is taken at our showroom, the style consultant records all measurements and customisations. The customer then discusses every aspect of the pattern, including advanced pattern complexities such as balance, posture, sleeve pitch, shoulder height, lapel size etc. The customers information is entered into our digital pattern software which creates a unique pattern.

Transforming Your Ideas

Over the next 5-6 weeks we turn that digital pattern into a reality. After the cloth is received from the mill, it is transferred to the cutting room where a laser cuts out your pattern precisely. The construction of our garment is done with a combination of hand and machine stitching - machine work is used for the high tension seams, such as the lapel padding which is done by a Strobel machine. The sleeves are finished by hand which creates a proper hang from the shoulder but also creates a more comfortable armhole.

Final Fitting

Once the suit has been finished by the workshop - the customer is able to visit for a fitting. The fitting allows us to identify any small changes to the pattern which will ensure a perfect fit. If any alterations to the final pattern are required, these are done in house and will be finished in around 48 hours.
